阳刃用官，则运喜助官，然命中官星根深，则印绶比劫之方，反为美运，但不喜伤食合官耳。

徐注：阳刃格最简单，盖月令阳刃而日元旺，非用官煞克之，即用食伤泄之，阳刃逢财，非食伤通关不可，是其关键在食伤也(逢印劫为专旺除外)；刃旺官煞轻，非用印通关不可，既不能克之，不如和之也，然月令阳刃，非必身旺，如本篇一丞相造：

财旺生官也，虽月令阳刃而财更旺，喜得己酉官印相生，财官印刃，周流不滞。运行印绶比劫之方，皆为美运，官运亦吉，如癸酉壬申辛未三十年是也。甲木食神合官，乙木伤碍官星，均非吉地耳。
