楠曰：时上偏财格，盖以日干有气，能任其财也。如甲寅日见戊辰时也，天干透出财神，斯格方真。若又岁月有财相杂，克倒曰干，则不能任其财，嫌官杀运，克倒曰干，则不能任其财。盖身太旺比肩多，又喜官杀运制去其比肩，放起其财神，不可其财神，不可救药执泥。但用偏财日旺多富贵，盖阴克阳，财神亲切有气也。用正财未见其美，身旺多有施舍谊气，多得横来财也，理也于是。

又《古歌》云：时上偏财一位佳，不逢冲破享荣华。败财劫刃还无遇，富贵双全比石家。
补曰：时上偏财者，如庚日见甲干，或寅支，辛曰见乙干，或卯支之类。只要一位贵，不要多，而三处不要再见财。劫怕年月日冲破，如寅冲申，酉冲卯日己。如不逢，自享荣华富贵矣。柱中及运，若见败财，如辛见庚及申见劫羊刃，如庚见辛及酉之类，必伤妻耗财，破家不足而已。苟干支无遇，则富而有财，贵而有权，可比石崇矣。
补曰：正财偏财，皆喜身旺，皆忌印绶倒食，身弱比肩劫财，但偏财喜官星，而正财忌官星，故：《集说》云：正财偏财二格，喜忌不同。惟有喜官星，不喜宜星之小异耳。及偏财为人有清高，而多主慷慨，不其吝财，盖能利己，亦能招谤。虽喜官星，亦当较量身之强弱，运之盛衰而言。如运行旺相，福禄俱臻，行官乡便可发禄。若财盛而身弱，运到官乡，既被财之盗气，又见官之克身，不惟不发禄，亦妨患咎。如四柱中先带官星，便作好命看。若四柱兄弟背出，纵入官乡，发禄必少。正财为人诚信，作事俭约，处信聪明，惟是悭吝，虽正财不喜见有官，恐盗财之气。然四旺多身旺劫重重，亦喜见官杀制钛比劫，故曰逢看杀，见官尤妙。藏妙露官。当作贵推，亦不可泥于喜见官之说也。

楠曰：壬水生逢子月天，偏财类聚喜周全。壬申再转南方运，火土重逢福禄坚。
予修净土人也，亦不事此术，为继家君之志，而编此书。予命正合书云：“素食慈心，印绶遂逢于德。”信矣：凡壬水喜财官，生子月为建刃若行财官运，为人必白手兴家。但二木伤官杀，有二金以当以之，八字巳中土无多，故主不贵，喜时日骗财，类聚亲切。凡用偏财者多慷慨，身旺肯施舍而不吝。故古歌云：“偏财身旺是英豪，羊刃无侵禄位高。结织有情多慷慨”云云，然哉是言也，所恶者刃，敌不免重婚耳。所宜者官杀，官杀旺比劫方衰。行癸运罹父母灾，遭妻子变，故曰身旺比劫重损，财又伤妻是也。酉运一入，火土俱败，不遂宜矣。若壬运比癸不同，一旦运至南方，利壬而不利癸，申运水土得长生，或遂贻燕之谋。辛未庚午己巳，行官印之乡，可望妥安。辰运水土入墓，不免西归矣，但无奈时逢七杀，更兼寅巳相刑，妻子遭丧，惟喜贴身甲木制之，故曰时上偏官有制。晚子英奇，理或然也。但命至微妙，宣父难言之。予据先人成说，更稽先人遗训，故浪揣摩以为后鉴云。
