楠曰:正印偏印格者,如父母生身之义也,盖日主得其资助。书云:“印绶生月利官运,畏入才乡,盖财乃破印之气也。”此亦书之死路,非通变之道也。然四柱印星太旺,日主有气,印叠生身,如人元气本旺,再服补药,生可存乎“此则几用见屠以破印也。四财少,必须运上财神为吉。又若日主根轻。印星又弱,最畏财星,谓之贪财损印,宜也。又有真印假印,如丙日生人,生临亥月,或用亥月甲木作假印地也。十月木气,根桔叶落,则此衰木,宜行东方木旺之地,以辅助其根气,则枯苗得雨,勃然而兴,畏巳酉丑运,冲克其木,尤畏行西方申辛本,天干地支俱全,损伤尤甚。若天干得壬癸甲乙丙丁盖头,虽祸亦浅,又若丙丁日主,临寅卯多根之地,谓之真印也。若印多不畏财星,日主轻,如只有一二点印,亦畏财也。大抵木不能胜金,谓之印绶被伤。倘若荣华不久,真假印辩,不可不究。财、官、印、杀、食神、伤官,此六乃日干月令。正格外有阳刃格!此系日月相通。出此之外,或虚邀财官,或刑合财官,或暗拱财官,或冲摇财官,亦几近理。说见小文。
《继善篇》云:官刑不犯,印绶天德,年月日时支同一宫分。固通格解,谓但四柱中俱有,乃同一命宫分,不必一支。如甲寅丙寅丙寅丁酉,是天德在丁,月德在丙,印绶在寅。如庚申庚辰庚子壬午,是天德月德俱在壬,印绶在辰,天德与印绶同一命宫是己尤通。严陵命书谓天月二德星,在日上为的,他处见不当作德论。

补曰:月生日干年时俱有印绶,是谓重重生气也,有官方作贵推。若无官杀,非技艺之流,则庸常之辈。总为清高之艺,亦不锡免孤若寒微而已。所谓印绶旺而子息稀是已。
又曰:印授干头重见比,如行运助必伤身。莫言此格无奇妙,运入财乡福绿真。
补曰:印绶生月,干头重重,一见印绶之比肩,又行印旺之运,必伤身。所谓木赖水生,水盛则木漂,术逢壬癸水漂流,日主无根枉度秋是巳。印旺遇财乃发,须入财乡运,乃能发福发禄,如水盛木漂,必须行败运,以土制木,则木植其根为福,所谓岁运若行财旺也,反凶为吉遇王侯是也。《格解》所谓印绶畏入财乡之句,不可抱泥是也。
又曰:印绶官星旺气纯,伤官多遇转精神。如行死绝并财地,无救反为泉下人。
补曰:印逢官星,如值所喜,则为旺气纯也。伤官多遇,值如所忌,则不免转而不精神也。旧文原是如此,而或者改旺气为运气,改伤官为偏官,以转精神为有精神则非也。
又曰:印星偏者是枭神,柱内最喜见财星。身旺遇之方是福,身衰枭旺更无情。
补曰:印星偏者,如甲生亥月,乙生子月之类。无食则为偏印,有食则为枭神。柱中见偏财正财则吉,故曰偏印遇财乃发,又曰偏财能益(算)[寿]逢年,身旺遇之吉。若身弱逢枭旺,则为祸矣。所谓枭神兴,而早年夭折是也。
《络绎赋》云:印临子位,受子之荣。枭居祖位,破祖之基。

楠曰:丁火生寅木气柔,财来冲印便成忧。再行财运灾难免, 直待凌迟死便休。
丁火日干,生于立春后二三日,其火檄寒矣,其木极嫩矣。正为木嫩火衰,不合年月两点壬水,再来湿火湿木,时上申宫庚金,冲出嫩木。且有戌了透出,年支戊土透出,月上真土,作正火土伤官用印,不合衰印受伤。一入巳运,庚金得生于巳,坏了衰印,因杀死乐安东陈人云壬余命,武十为首,问凌迟。迥罪而殆。盖透出伤官,身衰用印,印昨受伤,故犯此极刑。
