YiMatrix Web Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of yimatrix.com, its localized pages, and the Web features offered under the YiMatrix brand. The mainland China mobile applications may present separate in-app terms for mobile subscriptions and platform-specific features.

YiMatrix is operated under the Nanhara Tech brand. By creating an account or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and the YiMatrix Web Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. Where parental consent is required, a parent or guardian must approve use of the service.

Provide accurate account information, protect your email, telephone number, verification codes, and devices, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Service Scope

YiMatrix provides traditional Chinese metaphysics calculations, divination workflows, calendars, educational content, saved records, and optional AI-assisted explanations. Available functions and usage limits may depend on sign-in status, membership level, credits, language, device, and region.

The Website currently does not accept online payment. Memberships and credits acquired through an official mobile application may be recognized on the Website when you use the same account. If Web checkout is introduced, the price, currency, renewal terms, refund rules, and payment processor will be shown before purchase.

3. Traditional-Culture and AI Disclaimer

Charts, divination results, generated reports, and conversations are provided for cultural learning, entertainment, and personal reflection. They are not guaranteed predictions and do not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, or other professional advice.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use independent judgment and qualified professional advice for important decisions. Do not use YiMatrix for emergencies or to make decisions that could cause harm to you or another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• upload content you do not have permission to use;
• attempt to access another account or bypass membership, credit, or security controls;
• scrape private pages, reverse engineer protected services, overload the system, distribute malware, or interfere with operation;
• use automated output to deceive, harass, discriminate, or make high-impact decisions about another person; or
• resell or commercially reproduce substantial service content without written permission.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

5. Your Content

You retain rights in questions, notes, profile data, and images you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content, including personal data about another person.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. When creating a chart or report for another person, obtain any consent required by applicable law.

6. YiMatrix Content and Intellectual Property

The Website, software, visual design, logos, databases, calculated presentations, and original editorial material are owned by or licensed to Nanhara Tech. Traditional public-domain texts remain subject to their applicable status. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted for personal use of the service.

Public Academy pages may be quoted to the extent allowed by law when the canonical page is credited and linked. This does not permit bulk copying, model training, republishing, or creating a competing content database without permission.

7. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change because of maintenance, security, legal requirements, provider changes, or product development. Where practicable, material changes affecting paid entitlements will be announced in advance.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion in account settings. A 7-day recovery period applies to deletion requests. We may terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or where required by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YiMatrix is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nanhara Tech is not responsible for decisions made from traditional or AI-generated interpretations, indirect losses, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Privacy

The YiMatrix Web Privacy Policy explains account data, chart inputs, image processing, AI providers, browser storage, retention, and your privacy choices. It forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes, Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms when services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the service operator, subject to non-waivable consumer-protection and privacy rights where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
