Talent Development Models: Some studies in the field of management have drawn on the concept of "strong body supporting wealth and official positions" from fate theory, proposing a "capability–resource matching" model: when an individual's capability is still weak, prematurely assuming important positions or possessing excessive resources often leads to declining performance and career burnout. This aligns closely with the logic in this chapter that "a weak body cannot support wealth or official positions, and fire must first generate earth to strengthen it."
