The Yellow Emperor said: Well asked! This is content that the former masters strictly prohibited from being casually taught in public; it can only be transmitted through the oath of cutting the arm and smearing blood (cutting the arm and swearing a blood oath). If you truly wish to obtain it, why not first undergo fasting and purification (bathing to cleanse the body and quieting the mind)?

Lei Gong bowed twice and rose, saying: Let me follow your instruction.
